Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst - Venture Capital located in North Delhi. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing financial statements, and reporting on financial performance. Additional tasks include supporting financial planning, providing insights through analytical skills, and assisting in making investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

* Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in DeepTech sectors like aerospace, defence, biotech, and AI & others.

* Evaluate startup business models, unit economics, and product-market fit through financial and operational analysis.

* Build robust financial models and perform valuation and sensitivity analysis.

* Participate in due diligence including technical, regulatory, and market assessments.

* Draft detailed and insightful **investment memos** and internal pitch materials.

* Support deal execution and assist in portfolio company monitoring and strategy.

* Engage with startup founders, accelerators, incubators, and the broader tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Finance skills
• Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting skills
• Experience in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in venture capital or investment banking is a plus
