Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders, partners, and the communications team to define and execute a long-term content roadmap
• Create structured, insight-driven content across multiple platforms including blogs, opinion pieces, social posts, founder notes, interviews, and speeches
• Translate investment insights, founder journeys, and deep tech themes into engaging and accessible narratives
• Develop content around emerging market trends, policy shifts, startup ecosystems, and the MSME landscape
• Craft personal branding content that positions partners/founders as domain leaders and ecosystem enablers
• Maintain a high-quality, consistent voice across all channels while meeting brand guidelines and tone
• Conduct research, founder interviews, and secondary sourcing to enrich storytelling
• Track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) and suggest optimization strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of writing experience, preferably in VC, startup, B2B tech, or finance ecosystems
• Proven ability to ghostwrite for founders, investors, or CXOs
• Excellent storytelling skills with an understanding of venture capital, MSMEs, and innovation narratives
• Ability to write for diverse audiences – from tech communities to startup founders and institutional investors
• Familiarity with deep tech topics such as AI, Web3, IoT, Robotics, etc. is a strong plus
• A structured, strategic thinker who can turn abstract ideas into clear, compelling content
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, Technology, or related fields
• Portfolio showcasing ghostwritten thought leadership, articles, or social content
• Experience working with VCs, accelerators, or founders
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion)
