Role Description

Branding & Content Management Associate

What You'll Do

🔹 Own Our Brand Voice

• Define and maintain our visual and verbal identity across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in design, tone, and messaging — from social media and websites to decks and internal assets.

🔹 Create & Curate Exceptional Content

• Write compelling content across formats — social media posts, articles, founder stories, newsletters, decks, and more.
• Design visually appealing assets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
• Build narratives around founders, startups, partnerships, and ecosystem stories.

🔹 Drive Multimedia Storytelling

• Conceptualize and assist with scripting, editing, and managing podcast episodes, videos, and reels.
• Develop content for feature series, behind-the-scenes insights, and interviews.

🔹 Manage Digital Presence

• Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, and YouTube.
• Monitor engagement, track performance, and iterate based on insights and trends.
• Stay ahead of content trends to craft timely, engaging, and high-performing posts.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in content, branding, or marketing roles (Asset Management & Wealth Management domain background preferred).
• Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and content scheduling platforms.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, design, and detail.
• Passion for startups, innovation, tech, or venture capital is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with podcasting, video editing, or newsletter tools (e.g., Substack, Mailchimp).
