You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring packaging materials from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong analytical skills , good communication, and understands procurement processes in the packaging industry . Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers. Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to understand procurement needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues when they arise. Look for ways to save costs and improve supply chain efficiency. Prepare and review procurement reports, including supplier performance, inventory, and cost savings. Follow company policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities. Support procurement strategies to strengthen EnviPack’s position in the market. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (packaging industry preferred). Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier and internal relationships. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication. Reconcile bank statements and financial records. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Manage books of accounts in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks. GST Filing and Compliance Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns. Ensure compliance with applicable GST laws and regulations. Handle GST reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Billing and Invoicing Generate timely and accurate invoices for clients. Create and manage e-way bills as per government regulations. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments. Reconcile invoices with payments received. Operations Bills Management Verify, process, and maintain records of operational bills. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing-related issues. Track pending vendor payments and ensure timely settlements. Reporting and Documentation Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial and P&L statements. Maintain organized documentation of all financial records and invoices. Follow up on financial clarifications or pending approvals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance roles. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of GST compliance and e-way bill generation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
