Position Overview

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for

sourcing, negotiating, and procuring packaging materials

from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal inventory.The ideal candidate is organized, has

strong analytical skills

, good communication, and understands

procurement processes in the packaging industry

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues when they arise.
  • Look for ways to save costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and review procurement reports, including supplier performance, inventory, and cost savings.
  • Follow company policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Support procurement strategies to strengthen EnviPack’s position in the market.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (packaging industry preferred).
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier and internal relationships.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
