Procurement Associate

As a Procurement Associate at EnviPack, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring packaging materials to support various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. - Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers. - Collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams to understand procurement needs. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise. - Seeking opportunities to reduce costs and enhance supply chain efficiency. - Generating and analyzing procurement reports, such as supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings. - Adhering to company policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities. - Contributing to procurement strategies aimed at strengthening EnviPack's market position. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the packaging industry. - Proficiency in negotiation techniques and managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
