Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Professional based in Bathinda. The Human Resource Professional will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring the best possible matches between job seekers and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role also involves developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Human Resource Professional will handle employee training, performance evaluation, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Developing HR Policies and Managing Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
• Employee Training and Performance Evaluation skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HR Software and Reporting
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Bathinda
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
