Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include overseeing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Project Management skills
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, are a plus
