Job Title: HR Manager

Position Overview:The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with Seabird Education’s values and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Plan and execute the recruitment strategy.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across departments.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and job specifications.
Employee Onboarding & Engagement:
Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs.
Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a productive work environment.
Monitor employee satisfaction and develop action plans based on feedback.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company standards.
Ensure legal compliance in HR practices (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manually as required.
Performance Management:
Drive the performance appraisal process.
Assist managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues with fairness and consistency.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and recognition.
Reporting & HR Analytics:
Generate HR reports for management including attrition, attendance, recruitment status, etc.
Analyze HR data to drive strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in an education consultancy or coaching center.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Working Days & Timings:Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Subject to change based on company policy)
