Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This leadership position plays a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives while managing day-to-day operations across talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department leads to anticipate hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Enhance hiring strategies through effective use of free and paid job platforms.

Onboarding & Employee Development

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and execute training programs to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain alignment of HR practices with company standards and legal requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment.
  • Lead internal communication and organize employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems.
  • Support KPI development, goal setting, and career path planning.
  • Address performance issues with structured feedback and coaching plans.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage fair, competitive compensation packages.
  • Oversee benefits administration in accordance with company policy and legal standards.

Compliance & Record Management

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure HR documentation and records.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Draft and update HR policies aligned with legal and industry best practices.
  • Ensure clear communication and consistent enforcement of policies.

Health & Safety

  • Promote and monitor workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Lead wellness initiatives to foster a healthy work environment.

Culture & Retention

  • Organize recognition programs, team-building events, and wellness activities.
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and reduce turnover.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Utilize HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile
