Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business success by building strong teams, cultivating a positive work culture, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.
• Enhance recruitment strategies through effective use of job portals.

Onboarding & Learning

• Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees.
• Develop and implement training and development initiatives.
• Enforce adherence to internal HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the go-to person for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Foster a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Lead employee engagement programs and internal communication efforts.

Performance Management

• Implement structured performance appraisal systems.
• Guide managers in defining KPIs and individual development plans.
• Address underperformance with effective improvement strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and current HR records and documentation.

Health & Safety

• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations.

Culture & Retention

• Plan and execute wellness, recognition, and team-building programs.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Support workforce planning and data-driven HR analytics.
• Contribute to change management and organizational development efforts.

Candidate Requirements
