About the Role

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding (3–4 hires per month)
  • Attendance, leave, and employee record management
  • Issuing HR communications, warnings, and documentation
  • Handling confirmations, exits, and full & final coordination
  • Coordinating payroll inputs with the accountant
  • Implementing HR policies and maintaining workplace discipline
  • Maintaining HR trackers and employee data (Excel / internal systems)

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive
  • Experience handling HR operations independently
  • Comfortable with Excel-based tracking and documentation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Willing to work in a

    6-day, high-accountability environment

  • Prior experience in SMEs / manufacturing / fast-growing companies preferred
