Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IFA Recruiter - Stock Broking, located in Surat. The IFA Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting Independent Financial Advisors. Daily tasks include outreach and communication with potential IFAs, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and overseeing the onboarding process. Business Growth & Relationship Management: ยท Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs to ensure long-term collaboration. ยท Assist IFAs in business planning, goal setting, and client acquisition strategies. . Develop incentive and motivation programs to enhance IFA engagement and productivity. ยท Track and analyze market trends to refine recruitment and development strategies. ยท 4.
