Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the IFA channel, focusing on channel partner development and management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through partnerships with IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors) and other financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, training programs, and sales support for channel partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics to optimize channel development initiatives and improve results.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the IFA community.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in IFA Recruitment in Stock Market industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Investment products like Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, etc.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
