About the Role

Relationship Manager (B2C Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, acquire, and manage retail (B2C) clients for the company.
Promote and sell a wide range of products/services offered by Market Hub (Demat, Trading, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Advisory Products, Structured Investment Plan etc.).
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure high client satisfaction.
Educate customers about financial products and guide them to make informed decisions.
Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/Marketing preferred).

13 years of experience in B2C Sales / Relationship Management (Financial Services preferred, but not mandatory).
