Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication. Record details of conversations and update the CRM system. Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English & Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Confident, polite, and persuasive.
