HR Generalist

Location

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and support roles
Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal stakeholders
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records
Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and compliance records
Track attendance and leaves
Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Partner
Prepare reports and presentations, as required
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Support documentation related to business operations when required

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and basic labour laws
Professional attitude with a high level of discretion and integrity
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / Executive Assistant role

Preferred Attributes

Female candidates preferred
Candidates residing near Govandi / Chembur / Ghatkopar / Kurla preferred
Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday (10:00am to 7:00pm)
