Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Create, review, and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Conduct job analysis to define roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements
  • Post job openings across job portals, newspapers, social media, and campus platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, ATS, social media, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast and close hiring requirements
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source efficiency
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

HR Operations Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Organize and support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives to enhance engagement
  • Assist in payroll coordination, data validation, and liaison with finance teams
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support statutory compliance, audits, and HR governance requirements
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare MIS and periodic reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR operational effectiveness
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in conducting structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
  • Strong knowledge of candidate screening, selection techniques, and reference checks
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HR databases, job portals, and CMS tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical ability and sound judgment in candidate evaluation

  • Working Days:

    6 days a week
    • 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
    • All Sundays Off
