Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end hiring for night shift roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding formalities.

2. Payroll & HR Operations

Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, shift allowances, incentives).
Verify employee records, timesheets, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Support full employee life cycle: onboarding to exit.
Maintain HRIS and employee database accuracy.

3. Attribution / Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR attribution reports.
Track hiring status, attrition, manpower numbers, and productivity metrics.
Provide data insights and dashboards to management.
Maintain compliance reports and documentation.

4. Employee Relations (Night Shift)

Act as the HR SPOC for night shift employee concerns.
Resolve grievances, manage escalations, and maintain employee engagement.
Ensure workplace discipline and adherence to company policies.

5. Exit & Compliance

Handle night shift exit formalities, clearance, and documentation.
Coordinate for FnF, relieving, and compliance checks.
Support audits and statutory documentation when required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
Recruitment, Payroll basics, HR operations & reporting

Proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
, HRIS, and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
