Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes within the organization to ensure strategic alignment with company goals and foster a positive work environment for employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Provide guidance on organizational development and workforce planning. - Recruitment and Onboarding: - Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to selection. - Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires. - Employee Relations: - Act as a trusted advisor to address workplace issues. - Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Performance Management: - Implement performance appraisal systems to enhance employee performance. - Collaborate with managers to identify training and development opportunities. - Compensation and Benefits: - Administer salary structures, promotions, and benefits programs. - Conduct regular reviews to ensure competitiveness in the market. - Compliance and Policies: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures. - Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills. - Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. - HR Metrics and Reporting: - Track key HR metrics like turnover rates and engagement scores. - Generate reports for leadership decision-making.
