Prior experience in agri-commodities or feed raw materials is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the godown including receiving, storage, and dispatch of DORB. Ensure proper stacking methods to avoid spoilage, contamination, and pest infestation. Monitor moisture levels and implement measures to preserve quality of DORB stock. Maintain accurate stock records – both manual and in system (ERP/Tally). Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data. Ensure cleanliness, fumigation, and preventive pest control in the godown. Coordinate with transporters and dispatch team to ensure timely movement of goods. Prepare and maintain documents such as gate pass, GRN, stock register, and delivery challans. Ensure all safety, fire protection, and housekeeping standards are strictly followed. Supervise and allocate work to loaders, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff. Report daily godown activities, stock position, and issues to the plant/warehouse manager. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10th pass; graduate preferred. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/godown operations, preferably in agri-commodities (like DORB, DOC, rice bran, feed raw materials). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Tally experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Physically fit and capable of working in dusty, hot environments typical to DORB storage. Knowledge of moisture control, sampling, stacking norms for feed ingredients.
