Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment at Urja Infra, located in Aurangabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring effective employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of human resources management. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing employee inquiries, and contributing to HR strategic planning.
