Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities related to utility and infrastructure projects, including HT/LT Line work, cable laying, substation installation, and commissioning. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of 11kV and 33kV systems, erection procedures, and utility project standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day project activities at the site. Coordinate and ensure timely execution of: HT & LT Line erection 11kV / 33kV line works Cable laying and termination Substation and DTC (Distribution Transformer Centre) installation Commissioning activities Ensure all work is done according to safety standards and quality norms. Communicate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues. Maintain daily reports, work schedules, and site records. Handle manpower deployment and resource allocation on site. Report site progress and delays to the project manager regularly. Support in the testing and commissioning of transformers, switchyard components, and transmission lines. Key Skills Required: HT Line LT Line Erection Commissioning 11kV & 33kV Systems Cable Laying Substation Installation Utility Projects DTC Installation Switchyard Knowledge Transformers Handling Transmission Line Work Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 25 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Strong understanding of power distribution systems and utility project execution. Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently. Good communication and reporting skills.
