Arthtattva is a premier consultancy led by Chartered Accountants, specializing in GST and Indirect Tax (IDT) advisory services. We partner with organizations across diverse industries to help them navigate India’s dual GST framework, ensuring seamless compliance and effective implementation.

Position: Executive – Human Resources

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–6 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Plan, source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across functions.

  • Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment, proactively address employee concerns, and manage conflict resolution.

  • Performance Management:

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers with performance improvement strategies.

  • Training & Development:

Identify training needs, design and deliver development programs aligned with organizational objectives.

  • HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and statutory compliance.

  • Payroll Administration:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Gratuity, including timely filings and audits.
  • Reconcile payroll data with general ledger and financial records.
  • Address payroll-related queries, escalations, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare payroll MIS, variance analysis, and reports for Finance and Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

3–6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting organization.

  • Core Competencies:
  • Talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Employee relations and grievance handling
  • Performance management systems and managerial coaching
  • Training needs assessment and program execution
  • Payroll management and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS platforms

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification will be preferred
