HR Business Partner – Raw MaterialDepartment: Human Resources Location: Joda CTC: ₹3 LPA + Other Company Benefits Age Limit: 20 to 30 Years Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) Additional qualification in MBA (HR) or MSW (preferred) Special Requirement: Preference will be given to candidates with exposure in specialist HR functions such as: Total Rewards Talent Acquisition Talent Development Performance Management Systems Employee Engagement Learning & Development Job Summary: The HRBP – Raw Material will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR interventions within the raw material department. This includes driving compliance, training coordination, performance tracking, and employee engagement while ensuring a positive employee experience and robust documentation practices. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly HR compliance reports (e.g., MOR, Joining & Separation). Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Manage timekeeping systems and generate reports for attendance regularization. Compile payroll inputs including earnings, deductions, and incentive calculations. Execute SAP-based HR actions such as promotions, transfers, and annual increments. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs. Conduct skill tests, identify training needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prepare documentation for HR and statutory audits. Handle employee onboarding, ID creation, induction sessions, and exit formalities. Maintain wellness & engagement calendars and coordinate events (farewells, birthdays). Coordinate accommodation arrangements with admin as per policy. Address associate grievances and handle basic IR matters. Maintain and report MIS for HR operations and prepare meeting MoMs. Verify invoices for training and engagement activities. Create and update Master Service Books (MSB) for all employees.
