Job Description

Business Partnership:
Collaborate with assigned departments to understand business needs and provide HR guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries; assist in resolving workplace issues, conducting investigations, and promoting a fair and inclusive culture.
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with stake holders to facilitate hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
Performance Management:
Support annual performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and development plans; track metrics and provide data-driven insights.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports on turnover, engagement, and diversity metrics; identify trends and recommend improvements.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations; communicate updates and train employees as needed.
Projects & Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects.
Administrative Support:
Handle routine HR tasks including benefits enrollment, leave management, and file maintenance.
