Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience in HR Practices and Employee engagement and management
Strong analytic and presentation and communication skill
Providing strategic and day-to-day operational task to drive the delivery of the business HR plans
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention strategy
Good understanding on Performance management and Organization development.
Analyzing trends and metrics in HR function deploy effective communication strategies and success metric
Strong with number and has good understanding on compensation philosophy execution
Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
Working closely with respective BU managers and worked with them as real business partners to define the strategy, planning and execution in various gamut of HR dimensions
Solid experience and result oriented approach demonstration on employee engagement, competency development, succession planning
Defining retention strategy, and ensuring the exit process and management run smoothly
Provide HR policy guidance and framework
Suggest new HR strategy, process and taking new initiatives best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
