Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician Department: CRCA & Coated Maintenance *Salary Upto 3Lpa (In Hand 16k+PF +ESIC + Other Benefits )* Location: Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad , Sahibabad Experience Required: 3+ Years Qualification: ITI – Electrical Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with a strong background in handling electrical systems, especially in industrial setups involving HT/LT motors and transformers. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical testing, protection systems, and maintenance practices in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair HT/LT motors, transformers, PCC (Power Control Center), and MCC (Motor Control Center) panels. Conduct electrical testing and ensure proper functioning of protection systems. Handle and maintain CRCA coated electrical panels. Operate and maintain Star-Delta starters and other motor starting systems. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards during maintenance work. Participate in 5S (workplace organization) and SGA (Small Group Activity) initiatives. Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and reports. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance practices. Familiar with HT/LT systems and components. Expertise in electrical protection systems and fault diagnosis. Ability to work under pressure and attend breakdowns quickly. Awareness of safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Good team player with a problem-solving attitude.
