Job Description Build and maintain access with manager/senior manager level employees, be their coach and trusted advisor on matters related to people. Provide guidance in the areas of crucial conversations, performance enhancement program, development plans, compensation, retention etc. Lead the employee engagement initiatives for the function by ensuring high levels of participation, ensuring action planning across teams and sub-divisions. Prepare function-level insights to help top management take relevant function-level action plans. Collaborate with CoEs & business stakeholders to co-create & implement solutions that address top areas of concern. Conduct exit conversations and co-create retention plans by working closely with business leaders and CoEs Analyse and interpret various types of reports (Compensation, Unlimited Time Off and attrition etc) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the assigned function/department. Conduct Focus Group Discussions and Employee Check Ins to diagnose team/org/manager effectiveness, share insights and drive action with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of issues & employee satisfaction. Lead the performance management process in collaboration with the business leaders. Drive awareness around the process and timelines, co-create calibration guidelines based on business performance, and oversee the PEP program for the assigned function. Lead the merit increment cycle and promotion process in collaboration with the business leaders. Drive compliance to the budgets, promotion guidelines and timelines. Participate in projects that are part of the People team OKRs. Handle employee grievances (regarding recoveries, harassment, unfair treatment etc) and investigations, and bring matters to a closure with minimal impact on the employer brand. Coordinate and execute all internal as well as external communications in line with company policy Provide timely support to all employees in medical contingencies including Health Insurance formalities Work hand in hand with line managers in providing them end to end Internal as well as external recruitment solutions for all openings including – Apprentices & Trainees Exp : 7 to 12 yrs Note : Pharma Experience is preferable Local language would be added advantage.
