Job Description

Planning of Lab experiments and guiding chemists for troubleshooting and scale up of process. Managing equipment and planning preventive maintenance for smooth functioning. Guiding analytical chemist for process troubleshooting. Technology transfer activities for new projects form R&D. Execution of new projects in pilot plant and commercial plant. Lab experiments execution related to OOS, OOT and continual improvement. Document preparation for OOS & OOT. Continual improvement process in the existing and new products. Preparation of MFR amendments and technical reports for existing and new products. Trouble shooting and establishing the process with trail. Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. CAPA initiation & closure (with respect to Audits, Errata & Deviations). Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) Experience: 15 to 18 year Show more Show less
