• Lead the performance and development rhythm — from goal-setting to feedback and reviews.
• Partner with leaders to build career paths and growth frameworks that actually work.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and succession planning.
  

🌱 Culture & Engagement

• Champion Zoca’s culture — build initiatives that drive belonging, recognition, and trust.
• Design and run engagement programs, pulse checks, and rituals that keep our teams connected.
• Be the voice of our people — and ensure they’re heard, valued, and growing.
  

📊 People Insights & Operations

• Use people data to uncover patterns, solve challenges, and improve decision-making.
• Work with People Ops to simplify processes, policies, and systems that make work smoother.
• Keep us compliant — but always with a human-first approach.
  

What You Bring

• 7-9 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
• A strong understanding of org design, talent development, and people strategy.
• Ability to balance empathy with execution — you get people, but you also get things done.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
