Role Summary

We are looking for a HubSpot Manager to lead CRM strategy, implementation, and optimisation across multiple client accounts. This is a critical role that combines strong technical expertise with client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this position will mean seamless HubSpot implementations that improve client efficiency and campaign performance, well-structured CRM automation that supports marketing and sales alignment, and proactive communication with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met.

As part of the Marketing Operations function, this role closely collaborates with internal teams — including content, design, and strategy — to deliver technology-enabled marketing outcomes for B2B clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dwarka, New Delhi.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM management, including onboarding, configuration, data migration, and optimisation.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, lead scoring models, and campaign tracking mechanisms.
  • Oversee HubSpot CMS elements such as landing pages, blogs, forms, and CTAs.
  • Integrate HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics) to enhance data flow and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM processes with broader marketing strategies and campaign goals.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, providing platform insights, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Create and present analytical reports and dashboards highlighting key CRM performance metrics.
  • Train internal and client teams on HubSpot features and best practices to improve adoption and ROI.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot updates, industry trends, and new features, proactively recommending improvements.


Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and data management.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot CMS and web content management.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in a HubSpot agency environment.
