HubSpot Manager

🔍 What You’ll Do

Administer and manage our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and smooth daily use
Build dashboards and reports to track sales, marketing, and customer success performance
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design workflows that improve productivity and pipeline visibility
Train and support team members on CRM best practices and adoption
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Act as the go-to expert for CRM strategy, ensuring alignment across the business

✅ What You Bring

3+ years of experience managing a CRM (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or similar a plus)
Strong background in sales/marketing operations or customer success operations
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Excellent communication and training skills
Passion for process improvement and efficiency
Bonus: Experience in SaaS or fintech
