Our platform is scaling fast — and we need a cloud infrastructure expert to take the wheel on AWS. If you love building, optimizing, securing, and running cloud infrastructure that supports real-world applications (and you’re tired of bureaucratic red tape), you might be the one. 🔧 What You’ll Do Take full ownership of our AWS infrastructure – production, staging, and customer environments Lead DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines, automation, backups, and monitoring Continuously optimize for cost, performance, scalability, and reliability Ensure infrastructure security and compliance , including IAM policies, data protection, and audit readiness Support product and engineering teams with environment setup , releases, and scaling efforts Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level issues quickly and effectively Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and environment configs ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years working with AWS in a hands-on, production environment Deep experience with services like EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC, Lambda, IAM Proficiency in Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools Strong grasp of DevOps practices , CI/CD, and cloud security Comfortable working independently, owning critical infrastructure decisions Clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teammates ⭐ Bonus Points For Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, or other compliance standards Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for AWS Previous experience supporting high-uptime, customer-facing software Show more Show less
