Total CollectR is looking for a Lead Researcher to support our outbound sales and marketing efforts by identifying, verifying, and enriching high-quality prospect data. As the Lead Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our pipeline is filled with the right opportunities by digging deep, validating contacts, and aligning prospects with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For: Developing a strong understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Verifying whether new prospects meet our ICP criteria. Identifying key decision-makers at target companies. Gathering and updating contact information using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, and Google . Calling prospect phone numbers to confirm their accuracy and activity. Verifying email addresses to ensure deliverability. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in lead research, sales operations, or data enrichment. Familiarity with B2B contact databases and research tools. High attention to detail — you double-check everything. Comfortable making brief verification calls with professionalism.
