We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in international trade and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Quote correctly according to company guidelines, approve quotes through the system, and provide quick turnaround times.
Handle customer complaints and service issues, responding to needs and helping solve problems.
Regularly request payment of export freight from customers.
Prepare drop shipment export documents and collaborate closely with customers' forwarders for smooth delivery.
Assist in coordinating the best payment date with customers for overdue accounts receivable.
Process and manage customer orders following order fulfillment guidelines.
Communicate widely across functions to resolve issues.
Be willing to take on challenges and be flexible to accept new tasks.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and contribute to business goals, particularly for Customer Service.
Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and apply creativity to develop and implement solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in international trade.
Familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020.
Good English speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and constructive under high stress.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective teamwork and contribution to team goals.
Aptitude for learning new processes and systems.
