The role requires handling customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and offering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, resolving order-related issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing product information and recommendations. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. Qualifications Proficiency in customer service, communication, and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms and handling online queries. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
