Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Raipur. The role requires handling customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and offering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, resolving order-related issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing product information and recommendations. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
