We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, developing innovative campaign strategies, driving client retention, and enhancing brand positioning. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and market trends to create impactful brand strategies that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Development: Create and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with client brand goals, ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms and touchpoints. Copywriting Excellence: Craft engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for various marketing channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more, ensuring creative quality and brand consistency. Account Growth & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to expand client accounts, foster long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account. Creative Campaign Strategy: Design innovative, brand and marketing campaigns that align with client goals, ensuring creative excellence and engagement. You will be responsible for creative conceptualization and working with the design team for the creative. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and exceptional service delivery, maintaining CSAT score. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring brand strategies to life through compelling visual and written content. Project & Deliverable Management: Ensure all branding and marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing, design, content, and media teams, to execute seamless and integrated brand strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, employer branding or account management. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer engagement strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Creative problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative approach to branding. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
