Role Overview

As an HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho and Workday platforms. This role requires deep expertise in business process analysis, HR/payroll system configuration, integration management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement across the organization

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Zoho and/or Workday Certifications (HCM, Integration, or Payroll) are an added advantage.

Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in ERP/HRIS implementation and management, with

  hands-on expertise in Zoho and Workday.

• Demonstrated success in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and integration.

• Exposure to Hybrid Delivery models or shared services environments is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and automation tools.
• Expertise in HR or Finance process transformation
• Proven ability to implement, configure, and integrate ERP/HRIS platforms.
• Advanced skills in customization, automation workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, or third-party tools.
• Experience with data migration, reporting tools, and API-based integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on improving user experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

·      Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.

·      Design, build, and deploy workflows, custom modules, and integrations.

·      Manage full-cycle Workday implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

·      Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting.

·      Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs.

·      Serve as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.

Support & Enablement

·

·      Create and maintain project documentation, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.

·      Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), coordinate user onboarding, and support overall go-live readiness.

·      Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize business processes and system configurations.

·      Provide user training, functional documentation, and ongoing system support.

·      Identify and drive continuous improvements, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.

·      Troubleshoot system issues, execute data loads, and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
