Roles & Responsibilities Delivery & Execution · Lead implementation and customization of Zoho applications (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.). · Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions. · Design, build, and deploy workflows, custom modules, and integrations. · Manage full-cycle Workday implementation, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. · Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting. · Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs. · Serve as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
