As an HR Business Partner at Bhanzu, you will play a crucial role in driving the organization's business effectiveness through various HR initiatives and programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular 1-on-1s and skip level meetings, preparing reports, and taking actionable insights from these interactions. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of MIS and data reporting to churn out timely reports. - Planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. - Understanding business trends and people implications to diagnose interventions necessary for improving business effectiveness. - Deploying and driving HR projects and programs aligned with business needs, covering areas such as compensation, rewards, employee development, and performance management. - Partnering with HR Ops teams to enhance organization-wide HR programs and initiatives for improved efficiency. - Facilitating business conversations that drive people strategies for positive business impact. - Applying strategic business acumen to analyze key business drivers and integrate insights into priorities and plans. - Implementing HR Programs, Policies, and Strategies throughout the employee life cycle. Qualifications required for this role: - 2-5 years of experience in Business partnering, preferably in Telecom or EdTech industries. - Proficiency in speaking Hindi. - Master's degree from a reputed Institution/University. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. - Strong stakeholder management and people management skills. - Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in HR tools and reporting.
