Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end hiring for South region across staff, frontline, plant and sales roles.
Develop sourcing strategies, drive talent pipelines, and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selection processes.
Ensure timely closure of positions with high-quality talent.

Plant HR Operations

Support HR processes at plantattendance, onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Partner with plant leadership for manpower planning and workforce management.
Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and drive engagement initiatives at the plant.
Assist in statutory documentation, contractor management, and compliance checks.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal employee like salespersons, business leaders, and plant teams to meet hiring needs and plant operations.
Ensure smooth HR coordination between plant and regional HR teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience

• Strong recruitment background (manufacturing & sales hiring must).

• Exposure to plant HR operations.

Kannada speaking is mandatory

Skills:

Strong sourcing and recruitment capability.
Good understanding of plant HR processes.
Kannada proficiency (must-have).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage high hiring volumes and fast timelines.
