Role & responsibilities

We are looking for HR Executive

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies.
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top IT talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HRBP role with a focus on IT hiring.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in tech-driven organizations or IT service companies.
• Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
