📝 Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage the

    full cycle recruiting process

    for a variety of internal roles, including HR Consultants.
  • Develop and execute

    innovative sourcing strategies

    (e.g., direct sourcing, Job portal, networking, professional groups, social media, database mining) to build a robust pipeline of high-quality, specialized candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth

    screening interviews

    to assess a candidate's skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with the consulting mindset (e.g., adaptability, client-facing communication, problem-solving).
  • Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System

    (ATS)

    to ensure data integrity and track key recruitment metrics.


Stakeholder Management & Strategy

  • Partner closely with

    hiring managers and executive leadership

    to understand team needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling value propositions for each role.
  • Stay up to date with

    industry trends and labor market dynamics

    within the HR and consulting sectors.


Offer & Onboarding

  • Manage the

    offer negotiation and closing process

    , ensuring a smooth and competitive offer.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless

    onboarding and induction

    process for all new hires.


💡 Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

    , preferably within an

    HR consultancy, staffing agency, or professional services firm.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring

    specialized/niche roles

    (e.g., technical HR roles, highly skilled consultants).
  • Exceptional written and verbal

    communication and interpersonal skills

    , with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of

    recruiting best practices

    , employment laws, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency with modern

    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Preferred

    • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience recruiting for

      HR-specific roles

      (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
