Job Description

Job Title: HR Head – Recruitment and Training Department: Human Resources

Location: Lucknow

Reporting To: MD UPICON Employment

Type: Full-Time CTC : 9 to 12 LPA


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from workforce planning to

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding.

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Lead campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives.

• Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and job portals.

• Implement and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment technologies.

• Ensure a strong candidate experience and low turnaround time. Training & Development

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

• Design and implement training programs to address competency gaps and upskilling.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and learning platforms.

• Partner with external trainers and institutions as needed.

• Lead leadership development, onboarding training, and compliance training initiatives

. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Strategic HR Leadership

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

• Track and report key HR metrics related to hiring, training, and employee development.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.


Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

• 10+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and training.

• Proven experience in handling leadership hiring and strategic training programs.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and LMS tools.


Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in scaling HR operations in mid to large-sized companies.

• Exposure to digital learning and e-learning tools.
