Job Description HR Head – Industrial Relations
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Manufacturing / Foundry
Experience: 10–15 years (preferably in a foundry or heavy manufacturing setup)
Education: MBA in HR / MSW (HR & IR specialization) / PG Diploma in IR & Labour Laws
CTC: 40 to 42 LPA
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the Industrial Relations (IR) function at our Foundry unit in Coimbatore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining harmonious employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the company’s operational goals.
Key Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and IR practices - Experience dealing with unions and handling negotiations - Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills - Proactive, ethical, and solution-oriented mindset - Fluency in Tamil Preferred and English
