Job Description

HR Recruiter at MoonAir will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role is crucial for attracting and securing high-quality talent, particularly in Manufacturing, Sales, R&D, and Technical Support roles, to support MoonAir's growth in the domestic appliances market. The Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance with all hiring laws and company policies. Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline ManagementCollaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific job requirements, departmental needs, and long-term workforce planning. Design and Update Job Descriptions and job specifications to accurately reflect the required skills and responsibilities for various roles. Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies using diverse channels, including job portals, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, professional networks, and campus recruiting. Proactively Build a Talent Pipeline for frequently hired and critical roles (e.g., Production Engineers, Area Sales Managers, Service Technicians). 2. Candidate Management and SelectionScreen Resumes and Application Forms quickly and efficiently to identify qualified candidates. Conduct Initial Interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and cultural fit with MoonAir's values. Coordinate the Interview Process between candidates and hiring teams, including scheduling, providing feedback, and managing logistics. Administer appropriate testing and assessments for technical and specialized roles. 3. Offer & OnboardingManage Offer Extension and Negotiation processes, ensuring compensation is competitive and aligns with company budget. Oversee Pre-Employment Checks, including background checks, reference checks, and necessary documentation. Facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding, coordinating with the HR Admin team to ensure new hires are set up for success. 4. Administrative and ComplianceMaintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database with accurate and timely information. Track and Analyze Key Recruitment Metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with all local and state labor laws and internal hiring policies. Act as a brand ambassador for MoonAir, promoting the company as an Employer of Choice. Required Skills and QualificationsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
