Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and human resources, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
