Job description

responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, post job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases, performing background checks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Candidate screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Interviews and assessments: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and over the phone, and may perform candidate assessments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• On-boarding : Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires and prepare offer letters.
• Employer branding: Act as the first point of contact for potential candidates, representing the company and its employer brand.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
• Telugu and Hindi languages are Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
